1. By accepting the position of Coach, I agree to:
• Adhere to all EYSC, NCYSA, NPSL, WYS codes and policies present and future
• Attend mandatory training
• Communicate on a regular basis with parents and the applicable Board members when required

2. While the immediate evaluation of a club may lie in the success that it experiences on the field the ultimate worth of a club is found in how it prepares its members to meet the challenges of adult life. The Everett Youth Soccer Club believes the development of character to be just as vital as the development of soccer skills
• Be an educator. Take the responsibility of development seriously and be prepared on a daily and seasonal basis
• Be professional on and off the field. Behave with character and dignity. Pay attention to language while you respect officials and opponents. EYSC coaches do not yell or direct the individual movements of our players while on the field. Strategy, Skills and Tactics are taught at Practice. Games are the demonstration of what has been taught throughout the week.
• Be a role model. Take successes and failures with a view of the big picture, supply the
perspective that a young person may not be able to
• Give 100% - 100% of the time
• Treat club volunteers, players and families with respect
• Represent yourself, your team, and the club as best you can. Be a leader
